I have been making small quantities of shankleesh for friends and family for some years now. I would like to know the feasibility of marketing this product online. I can manufacture about a thousand 1/2 lb balls a month from a commercial kitchen at about 8 dollars each plus shipping. Keep in mind that this is the old fashioned slow process like Sithoo used to make. I would welcome any comments on this topic.
